We have no MOQ for solid gold orders & ready to make even one piece. For Silver and Brass line value should be USD 500 only.

Sampling takes 3 to 4 weeks after approval of CAD. Production order takes minimum 4 weeks which depends upon order quantity & design.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer (SWIFT).

We ship almost every country in the world by UPS, FedEx, EMS or Air Cargo as per your requirement (cost, time etc.) subject to availability of services by freight carrier.

Insurance can be purchased by buyer OR as a service we can buy on actual cost.

We sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with our clients to ensure that all their designs are secure and manufactured only for them. We delete all data related with designs as an when client asks us to do so.

Because each order is tailored to your individual preferences and materials are acquired on your behalf, we are unable to restock or resell these pieces. For this reason, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow cancellations once you've either: Paid to secure your stone(s), or approved the final proposal to begin production — whichever occurs first.

We repair all jewelry free of cost for any manufacturing defects.
